I am from the year 2020, and using my time machine to write this in year 2008.
The meal in a pill is overrated and the implanted supercomputer keeps crashing. I guess it was a bad decision having Microsoft making the OS. Some even turned blue of dead.
The hoverboard, holigraphic movies and jetpack are really cool.
We are still waiting for the personal space ship, infinite energy source, teleporter and hangover cure.
I don't think the hangover cure ever will be discovered...

Cool, thanks for the link. I wonder when something like this will be actually available for the consumer.

Your flying car can be bought on ebay...
The time machine is currently being built, but only for molecules or something...
Implantable super computers are a bit late... I hear they need volunteers to be implanted ;)...
Jet Packs are currently for sale, they are just friggen expensive...
Meals in a Pill are called "Jelly Bellies", and they are great...
And the cure for your hangover is weed.

From what I know (we had a discussion about this earlier), this pic was born after a party at night and then based on forum threads asking what is your favorite future invention. I don't see a joke about hangover cure in threadless tshirt (actually this is the first time I see it, I doubt the author saw it either), and this is the most important part of the pic :)
Besides, this trend is going for a long time, I'm not even sure who started it
